Share the images of the defected items with us via WhatsApp or Email.
Only after approval, the item will be picked up by the delivery executive.
After receiving the returns, we run the defected item through a thorough inspection and provide a resolution if necessary.
Note: The brand does not take returns on sale items.
We do not entertain cancellations or offer refunds for orders placed outside our website.

Raise an exchange request by sharing the reasons & details of the placed order with us via WhatsApp or Email.
After approval, we’ll notify the customer and schedule a pick up. Please note that an additional shipping fee will have to be borne by the customer.
